Resole Program

A worn outsole shouldn’t mean a new pair of shoes. Our resole program rebuilds the outsole on eligible Peak 8 shoes, so the upper and midsole you’ve broken in can keep going.

What’s Included

Peak Club members get one free resole per year on any trail or alpine pair. Outside of that, resoles are available to anyone for a flat fee of $45, including return shipping.

Eligible Shoes

Currently available for our trail and alpine styles (Couloir WP, Arête Pro, Ridgeline, Basecamp Mid, Serac Mid WP, Talus, Scree Racer). Road and street styles use a bonded sole construction that isn’t resoleable yet, and we’re working on it.

How It Works

1. Email support@peakeight.com with your order number (or shoe model, if it’s an older pair) and “Resole” in the subject.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and a mailer.
3. Send in your shoes, clean and dry, please.
4. Our resole partner rebuilds the outsole and lug pattern to original spec. Turnaround is typically 2–3 weeks.
5. We ship them back to you, resoled and ready.

Condition Requirements

The upper and midsole must be in resoleable condition: no structural damage, delamination, or midsole breakdown. If your pair isn’t a good candidate, we’ll let you know before any work begins and suggest a replacement discount instead.
